I've been in, on , or around the water since I can remember. I even did a stint as a sailing instructor in 1968, which in retrospect one might say is when I started my training career. In 1974, I started working directly in the Marine Industry supply business working my way through various sales, marketing, and management positions until I started my own training and consulting business in 1994. I continued to be involved with some Marine Industry clients contractually until my relationship with the Nova Scotia Boatbuidlers Association became a full time passion. I've been working with the NSBA since July of 2004.
